Sessions are 30/45/60 minutes long.

One-to-one video call with Darren or Michele. This is a tailored assessment of fitness levels and needs. It is one-on-one training from home using minimal space, minimal equipment and minimal time. We will work on aerobic fitness, muscular endurance and strength, core and give nutritional advice.
Sessions can be 30/45 or 60 minutes long.

How fit do I need to be to participate in SKIPFUSION?
The beauty of SKIPFUSION is it can be adapted to suit any fitness level. If you are new to exercise you will find easier options given throughout any class or workshop. You don’t even need a rope to start with, any jump rope skill or exercise can be used without, whilst still getting a great workout. If you are already quite fit and used to exercise then SKIPFUSION can be used to boost your fitness level and test endurance and skills.
What equipment do I need?
None at all. All exercises can be done without use of any equipment. If you are able to add a jump rope into your workout then this will add a new element to your workouts.
How much space is required?
Very little. As long as you can turn a jump rope, safely then this is all the space you need. Take part in Skip Fusion in your living room, kitchen, office space or even outside in your garden. We challenge you to measure a 1m by 1m square to prove how little space you need!
How long are the sessions?
When learning new skills with the rope, these videos are 1 minute long. When incorporating new skills and fusing other exercises these can be from 5 – 20 – 30 and 40 minutes.
